Blipr is a place for honest, in-the-moment thoughts — kept anonymous and gone by tomorrow. It only works if it stays a place people can be real without being hurt. These guidelines keep it that way. Breaking them can get a post removed or an account suspended.
The spirit of it
Be honest. Be human. You can be sad, angry, messy, funny, or vulnerable. Swearing is fine — we blur it, we don't block it. What you can't do is use this space to hurt a specific person or group.
This is welcome
Honest thoughts and feelings — the heavy ones too.
Talking about general public places (your city, a campus, a park, downtown).
Venting, confessing, hoping, joking, processing.
Supporting strangers with a heart.
This is not allowed
Targeting a real person — names, @handles, "the girl in the blue hoodie", addresses, dorm/room numbers, or anything that points at a specific identifiable individual.
Hate or slurs — attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or similar.
Harassment, bullying, or threats of any kind.
Personal or private information about yourself or anyone else (phone numbers, addresses, IDs).
Sexual content, and absolutely nothing sexual involving minors.
Spam, ads, promotion, or links.
Illegal content or anything encouraging serious harm to others.
If you're struggling
Posts about pain, sadness, or hard times are allowed and never punished — this is a place to be real. If our systems notice a post that suggests you might be in crisis, we may quietly show you support resources.

Reporting
If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it from the post. Reports are reviewed, and content that crosses the line is hidden or removed. Enough reports automatically hide a post pending review.
Consequences
Depending on severity, we may remove a post, hide it, limit an account, or suspend it. Serious violations — like targeting, threats, or content involving minors — can result in immediate removal.
